Adobe Muse

I see that there are two versions of Adobe Muse lised: Muse CC and Muse CC (2014). The later version's system requirements are not supported by my computer. With a subscription, can I download the other version?

PLangland what operating system are you using?  Do you receive any error messages when installing Muse CC?  For information on how to install Adobe Muse CC please see Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps.

I am using a Mac Pro 2006 (1.1) with OS 10.6.8. I have not tried to connect with Muse yet as I wanted to evaluate whether I am going to have to upgrade my hardware to use. I have used Muse in the past with no problems, but they seem to be upgrading past my computer's capabilities. What I would really like to know is since they have system requirements listed for both the Muse CC and Muse CC (2014), I was wondering if I can choose which version to download, or i can only get the absolute latest..

Thanks for any input.

PLangland you can install Muse CC on Mac OS 10.6.8 but I would strongly recommend upgrading to Mac OS 10.7 or later.  You need 10.7 or later to utilize the updated Creative Cloud Desktop application.  Also once you have 10.7 or later you could utilize Muse CC 2014 as the main difference is the need for 64-bit processor.

PLangland if you wish to utilize a Creative Cloud Membership then I would recommend upgrading to a computer capable of running Mac OS 10.7 or later.  You can find the system requirements for Creative Cloud at System requirements | Creative Cloud.  Without a 64-bit processor and 10.7 or later you will not be able to utilize the majority of the software and none of the services included with your membership.
