Adobe New Feature Pop-ups... Please Go Away!

If anyone from Adobe reads these... I'm begging you. PLEASE do something about the new feature pop-ups in the applications. We're not even given the option to turn them off. I know they go away after a few times, but seriously, if I want to know about new features I can seek it out myself. I don't need an annoying pop-up interrupting my workflow. If you must include them at all, at least give us the option to shut them off in Preferences.

Fellow Adobe CC users, if you agree with me, let's make sure this gets seen. Thanks!

Hi,

Which application do you mean?
In Photoshop, you can turn it off in preferences.

I'm not talking about rich tool tips. I'm talking about the pop-ups that come up telling you about a new feature whenever you hover near something that is new.
