Good Morning I have a few question. May I use portable version photoshop in home, company for company. Are there any restrict in portable version ?

Yes, you can install and use them on two machines however with some restrictions, for more info see, Licenses and terms of use | Adobe

Hi,

Not really sure what are you referring to as the 'portable version'.

But if you have Adobe Photoshop CC, you can activate it on 2 machines but use only 1 at a time.
