Can you provide us with more info on what happens when you try to install Adobe Premiere Elements? (Qu'arrive quand vous essayez d'installer le logiciel ?) I used a translation software and hope I got the French sentence correct.

I’m not able to install premier element 10. The message is : Ce package d’installation n’est pas pris en charge par ce type de processeur. Contacter votre revendeur.

Or this package it’s not support by your type of processor.

But I have intel core 2 DUO CPU E8400 3Ghz 3.25Go ram

I have Windows XP SP3

Hi Grandgallop,

I've heard of some cases of this happening if the device drivers on the system are not up to date or not installed correctly. I would recommend starting by ensuring all microsoft updates (using Windows Update) are current and related system hardware have the latest driver versions from their manufactuers. Issue could be related to the chipset drivers for the motherboard when not detecting a supported CPU. If all hardware drivers are up to date, I would recommend contacting our technical support for assistance.
