This is ridiculous. I use the creative cloud to download my apps. Every time I launch Photoshop or Premier i am greeted with the "Adobe Software License Agreement". I have used Adobe's CC cleaner, when I search the OOBE folder there is no file there to edit, its not hidden. Ive tried uninstalling aswell. Please help. I tried accepting the License Agreement so many times but it just pops up again
I got support from customer service. Running as admin did nothing. Support ran a program and everything works!

nicole102910,
a possible solution is to use the 'Run as Administrator' function. Right-click on the Creative Cloud App icon and choose said context menu entry.
Does that do the trick for you?
Kind Regards,
Maurice
