Where is Adobe Support when you need them? It is time to rethink Adobe Products and return to Final Cut.
After this glitch and no response from support we will be transferring all of our CC files so that they can open in Final Cut.
This is ridiculous. We updated our subscription last night -- as per instructions from Adobe chat -- and still receive this message.

If your subscription status is active, that will do.
