I apologize in advance, I wasn't sure where to post this as SVG is unsupported, to my understanding.
Anyways, I'm having trouble working with a company staging a server I've deployed. I've set their account to be a local administrator as well as other required permissions. I've even tried this install under my account with full network rights with no success.
We receive the following error "Adove SVG Viewer 3.0 setup - You must have Administrator privileges to install or uninstall Adove SVG viewer 3.0"
I've tried everything there is on my end. I'm not sure if this is even compatable with server 2012 data center, but the staging team is in India and I'm unable to get ahold of them until 2 a.m.. I can't really find anything on this issue. I've been on hold with support going on 25 minutes now.
I appreciate the help in advance.

It isn't just unsupported. It became unsupported more than 10 years ago because it was no longer needed. It added SVG viewing support to browsers, but all the browsers now do SVG viewing without the add-on. It's probably a very good thing if you can't install it, you could mess things up badly.

That's what I though, but the staging crew insist that this is the only way they're able to get whatever they need done on this server. I will follow back up with them to see if they're able to do something else. I appreciate the reply.

Although it's EOL, they still use it for their web app. So, if they're not able to do anything else I'd still need help installing it for them, sadly.

I observe from the FAQ that it didn't even work fully in Vista. I doubt anyone can help. It really is time to find an alternative, or else it is not time to upgrade server. Such a dependency really forces you back to Windows XP, and that can't be a good idea.

I know this is not a good idea. I'm just the network admin trying to troubleshoot their issue. Thanks for the tips.
