Adobe XD doesn't work

Hello, im new to the Adobe programs so i dont know if this is a common issue or not.

Everytime i launch XD it works for a few seconds, till it shows me a screen that says "Your subscription cant be verified.", and it asks me if im connected to the internet, so it probably is some kind of network issue.

Leon_Warren are you able to continue using Adobe XD or are you blocked by the subscription can not be verified error?  What type of Creative Cloud membership do you have?

Im blocked by the subscription can not be verified error, if i close it i can click around in the program for a few secs, before it pops up again.

Im having the free membership, so it should be included in there.

Ok, thanks for the clarification.  Are you able to download, install, and evaluate any other CC applications successfully?  You can use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html.

Yes i tried to install Premiere Rush and it works fine

I also tried it with Photoshop just to be sure, and it also worked fine, i also reinstalled XD but it still doesnt work
