Adobe XD Installation Failure - No specific error

Hi! I'm a developer trying to install XD on a new computer. The installation fails no matter what, I've tried uninstalling creative cloud and reinstalling, but the XD installation still fails. There is no specific error code - it just says "failed". Please help!
