After upgrading my Creative Cloud apps, then I started experiencing issues with my Finder (moving windows, resizing widows, trying to drag apps and files, Dock issues -ARRGGH!) In Illustrator, I couldn't select groups properly, move them, use the text box or text tool accurately, and other issues. The most frustrating thing was that it affected my MAC OS Finder (running Mojave 10.14.3). I tried restarting in Safe Mode, resetting SMC, zapping PRAM, multiple restarts, signing in and out of Creative Cloud, changing internet access from Wifi to Ethernet - you name it. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME since August - the last time upgrading to Mojave solved it.
- Finally, after hours, I quit out of all apps, I launched "Activity Monitor" (Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor), and I Force Quit any Creative Cloud red circle app or process running I could see. Restarted. Logged back in to Creative Cloud, and suddenly everything was peas and carrots again.
So, if you are having trouble with your Mac Finder or system after a CC update, try this, unless someone out there has a better idea.

Shawn,
Thanks for the response. I reinstalled previous versions of Illustrator and Photoshop through Creative Cloud as suggested. I reset Preferences in Illustrator manually through the Library. Restarted after unplugging my computer for a few minutes and zapping the PRAM. Still, my Finder and CC apps are not acting properly. It seems everything is rooted in the Finder acting erractically.
I'm on an iMac 2015 with 16 Gb RAM, 3.3 GHz Intel Core i5 CPU, and AMD Radeon R9 M395 2048MB GPU.

BTW, I had turned off and on the GPU Performance preference in Illustrator and set up a scratch disk on a Lacie removable hard drive. Still no resolution to the problem. Going to call Apple.

See my response in the Forum. I still don’t have this resolved. In the long run, wondering if I need more RAM. For now, still trying to get Finder to behave. Going to call Apple next.

No, your system is good. Let's check with the Illustrator CC 22.1. Whether this one working properly or not.
Download the application from above link and check.
If its not working then create a new user Admin account in your PC > Install the creative cloud > Check whether its working or not
