Aktivierungsproblem bei PhotoShop Elements

Hallo aus Hamburg, bittte um eine Emailadressse, wo ich mein Anliegen, nämlich wieder freischalten meiner bei Mediamarkt für 130 Euro gekauften Software PhotoShop Elements 2020. Da irrtümlich durch ein Crash eines unserer PCs auf ein dritten (neuen) PC die Software installiert und verwendet worden ist, ist jetzt laut Auskunft der Supportchatmitarbeiter die Anzahl der Aktivierungen erreicht und somit nicht mehr verwendbar. Es soll auch keine Möglichkeit ihrerseits geben, dies wieder zu reaktivieren, so das man diese sehr gute, aber für unsere Verhältnisse teure Software wieder nutzen kann. Laut der Info des Supports scheint es jetzt nur noch für kostenpflichtige Produkte einen Emailkontakt geben. Auch wenn Adobe alles auf Cloud und Abo umgestellt haben, sollten sie ihre "alten" Nutzer mit ihrer gekauften Software nicht vergessen.  Wie ist eure Erfahrung?                                                                                                                                                                   LG  Maibrid

isn`t there a way or kind of reset this at Adobe?  Was told on the chat with the Help desk, that the software is programmed to deactivate if installed on a third device, so am running in circles  😞

Creative Cloud apps (subscription apps) will sign you out of another computer if you sign in on a third, but perpetual versions (one time purchase) do not.

Well, tried to get into Preferences of PhotoShop Elements, but was shown where thread is located in a box, security etc, but nothing seen to be changed. So am asking again, if this problem can be solve from Adobe alone. Am trying with your help for days getting this fixed...am tired of running in circles, would be willing to pay an amount for new keys (or reg. no. ) but not what I`ve paid in 2019 ...and an Abo for nearly 12 € monthly isn`t an option either...

What would be your advise?
