Hallo liebe Community
ich habe versucht die Creative Cloud auf meinem neuen Mac zu installieren, nachdem ich es auf meinem alten Windows Pc deinstalliert habe. Ich kann mich in Safari auch bei Adobe anmelden, er registiert allerdings den Mac nicht als neues Gerät. Beim Herunterladen der Cloud werde ich danach aufgefordert mein Passwort einzugeben. Dieses nimmt er aber nicht an.
Bei meinem Windows Pc hat er das quasi selbst gestartet von der INternetseite aus.
Wie kann ich denn nun die Cloud verwenden?

Hey ich habe aktuell das selbe Problem, mein Mac Passwort wird auch nicht akzeptiert. Hab das Mac Passwort auch schon geändert, ging leider immer noch nicht.

The thing is, i tried to install another Programm and i had no Problems! But i installing Adobe is not possible because of this Problem :

that is a mac prompt. why it's not accepting your mac username and mac password, i do not know. i suggest you google it.

I tried reseting my Passwort but its not working.. i googled about it but i Cant finde anything helpfull...

Yes! As i said, i tried Download a different porgramm online and it worked without any Problems!

the first few steps probably don't apply to you, so execute each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.htmlthen uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.htmlcheck for, and if available, update your osif windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)restart your computer (don't skip this)reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.htmluse the desktop app to install your cc programs/trialsNOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

Valdrin, the dialog in your screenshot is asking for the login credentials for a User account with administrative access. If your login is rejected, then contact the administrator of the computer. If you are the administrator of the computer, then see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202860 for information from Apple on how to reset a User account password.
