OK. So would I need a separate boot drive to be able to run two OS's on the laptop? 10.9 for Pr 2015 and 10.8 for everything else?

Alxx, All the 2015 apps are only compatible with MAC OS 10.9 and above .

You can contact Apple for the update of OS .

so you haven't found or looked into any workarounds for computers that need to be able to run os 10.8... and also 10.9 for your Pr 2015?  Ways to run the computer in one or the other depending on the project?
