Hi,

Please try downloading the setup from the direct download link given below:

Download Adobe CS5.5 Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant / Manager) | ProDesignTools

(It will download as a trial but when you'll start installing the suite it will prompt you to enter enter a serial number or to install trial, please select enter the serial number option)

NOTE: Please go through the 'Very Important Instructions' very carefully before downloading.

Regards,

Bani

Hi,

Please refer to the system requirements for CS6 Master collection ( Minimum O.S required id 10.6.8 ) see, System requirements | Master Collection

For CS5.5 Master collection setup, Try restarting the machine and then after that go to the downloads folder of your Mac and try running the .dmg files from there.

Regards,

Bani

Hi,

The download could be corrupted as well please check the file size to confirm ( CS5.5 - 6.1GB , CS5 - 5.6 GB)

If that is fine then please follow the below steps and try again :

Go to Apple icon > System preferences > security and privacy > General > Allow apps downloaded from should be on ANYWHERE

Go to Apple icon > System preferences > security and privacy > Firewall > TURN OFF

( To make these changes please click on the padlock in the left bottom corner and enter your computer password)

Regards,

Bani
