Apllications missing in CS 6?

I have been running CS 6 on my Windows 7 Pro 64 bit for months without problems. Suddenly som CS-applications can't run anymore and I don't get any error message. Acrobat XI Pro e.g. doesn't run. I bought it as a download,so I am not sure how and if I can reinstall?

Thanks, Rameez, but trying to reinstall after download I am told that my license number is invalid!
