Apps panel doesn't show installed Creative Cloud apps

I'm finding that the CC desktop app isn't recofnising the fact that I have InDesign, Illustrator etc installed ever since I renamed my MacOS user account / home directory.

 

There are a handful of apps that are recofnised as installed, e.g. Acrobat and Premiere etc, but most just have the 'install' button next to them.

 

I've tried the solution listed on here (numerous times) but it hasn't made any difference unfortunately:
