I was able to download and install the apps on a business subscription, but when I try to update when the button appears, it just hangs on 0% - screenshot attached
I also have a personal CC subscription and when the update buttons appear, I am able to update normally.

Hi jayvalley ,
Please try following methods to update:
Method 1 : Re-launch CC app and retry.
Step 1 : Quit Creative Cloud app.
To Quit : click the Gear icon located in the upper-right corner of the Creative Cloud for desktop application. Then, choose Quit at the bottom of the menu.
Step 2: Re-launch it and try to update again.
Method2: Updating from the application.
Step 1 : Launch bridge
Step 2 : go to help menu
Step 3 : choose Update from the drop down menu
Revert if the problem still persists.
Thanks,
Atul Saini

Hi Jay Vaillancourt,
The download appears to be corrupt .
Try this :
Rename : 1.0 folder
Mac : ~/library/Application support/Adobe/AAMUpdater
Win: C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater
Give full control/Read and Write permission to AAMupdater folder.
Please revert in case of further issue
Thanks,
Atul Saini

Tried what you said. Rename 1.0 to anything?
Still stuck on 0%
This is a brand new, Late 2014 Macbook Pro, just out of the box. First programs I have tried to install.
Uninstalled programs and tried to re-install....now they wont even fully install. stuck on 40% others stuck on 90%

Yes, You can rename it to anything like (1.0.old)
FYI:
Programs stuck at 40% failed at the download stage.
Programs at 90% might be installed on the machine, however, there update failed.
Below is our next course of action.
Please clear "tmp" folder
If it still gets stuck at 40-42%.
You would find several folders named alpha numerically.
2. Search for ".dmg" file of the product that you are trying to install within those alpha numeric folders.
3. Try to run that ".dmg" file and let us know the results.
Thanks,
