I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled my Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements 13 multiple times on my Windows PC running Windows 7. Once I get to the part to enter my Adobe ID, I don't have any space to enter into (screen shot). I have activated my products online but I am still not able to use them. Please help!! I have tried all the troubleshooting techniques I could find online. Also, when I do the contact us on the Adobe sight, it says that the chat is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week but yet it is never an option for me to choose.
