Been reverted to creative cloud free and have no order history

I installed the new update to Lightroom CC Classic today, ran it and it says I have no CC account. Went to my account page and apparently I've got no order history. Now Paypal has been removing money monthly quite happily, as recently as two days ago, so I should be on the photographer package. I can't contact anyone at Adobe about this right now, so I'm asking if anyone else is experiencing this or is it a glitch with my account only?

Are you sure your PayPal order is for the Photography Plan with the same Adobe ID?
