Bug error program

Hi,

Ii can no longer access to PS due to a pop-up error program. I already try this : 

- Format my computer

- Install older PS version

- Restart PS multiple time

what is phishing inorix and why are you trying to open it?

I have created some visuals to prevent phishing for my organization whish name is INORIX.
However this bug appened no matter the file i try to open.

reset your ps preferences:

uninstall os, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer

reinstall ps and retry using.
