Can I get a new 2nd disk?

I purchased CS5 and want to download it onto my computer. For some reason only the first disk will install and the second disk will not install due to I keep getting an error message that states the following programs have errors and it can not install. Can I get a new 2nd disk?

For some reason my serial number is not working? It is registered under Adobe so I am confused? Could this be because this is the CS5 and not CS5.5?

Hi,

Please be sure that the serial number is for CS5 or CS5.5 because these are two separate versions and there will be two different serial numbers of them.
