Can't download or update without admin password

Hi,

I'm having difficulties with being able to download my photoshop app from Creative cloud. I'm already signed in but I can't download or update my adobe programs without providing an admin password that I don't have. It's a company computer and the person working with this before me experienced the same issues. What do I do to download?

Hi,

Unfortunately without the admin password you will not be able to install any software .

You need to have the admin password in order to install applications .

You need to find the person in your company who has BOTH the computer password and the Adobe password
