Hi,
For a long time (like 6-7 months now) I can't download my invoices through my Transaction History window. No meter what I do and how many times I talked to Adobe's assistants (which is really really bad!) I couldn't find a solution for the problem, every month the same story and in the end I won't get my invoice AGAIN! I need some solutions for this, I can't keep bugging each month to the agents to sent me the invoices and in the end - I won't get them... please, I don't know what to do, I really need this, attaching a pic that you can see what happened when I'm trying to open the Transaction window.

You can try using a different browser. Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.

I've already try that, and also tried to delete the cookies and cashes and everything... Nothing helped!
