Thanks very much for replying but I have been to that link a dozen times and can't find a 26 number serial number anywhere on the box, sleeve or dvd, the way the instructions on that link say it can be found. I haven't felt this frustrated in years since there is no way I can speak to anyone at Adobe for a purchase of Elements.

Thanks again.
Someone else found the number for me by examining all the contents of the box saw that the serial number was printed on the back of the sleeve containing the Windows disk, which I hadn’t seen because it wasn’t on the front of the sleeve and when I saw it was for Windows I put it aside. Adobe did not print the serial number on either side of the sleeve containing the Mac disk, which was the one I needed.

Hi wynnk37888452,
that is odd. It should be there somewhere. Have you looked carefully?
Depending on the product, your code may be on the disc sleeve (serial number), on an insert card (redemption code), or on the product box. If you have a redemption code, you must convert it to a serial number. Go to Redeem your purchase. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, enter your redemption code, and follow the onscreen instructions. For detailed instructions, see “Convert redemption code to serial number” inRedemption code help. |
