Hi,
My main pc with Ps died. I have a backup Macbook Air, Mid 2011, OS High Sierra 10.13.6 (cannot upgrade anymore) which is not compatible with the latest version of CC. I know the older versions are compatible but Adobe Customer Care does not want to assist me. All they tell me is that I need to upgrade my operating system.
I was given these links:https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2017-direct-download-links.html
But when I do the install and I get the to the login all it does is spin.
I deleted and un-installed the previous CC and got rid of the folder as well.
All I need is a version of Ps that is compatible with my laptop. I am a screen printer/designer and I need Ps to create my films, designs, etc. I have 2 other Macs that my friends gifted me and the same ish. The operating systems do not support the latest CC 2023.
Customer care really doesn't care because they repeat what I tell them.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!
Kay
