Can't Install Creative Cloud?

I want to install Creative Cloud but I can't because I "already have the same program open". Apparently I need to quit the open application, but I don't even have Creative Cloud, so how can I close something I don't even have, right?

Please help me I need Photoshop and Lightroom like today!!

Hi HelpIsabel,

This type of error occurs when there are some hidden programs of Adobe running which apparently you can not locate.

The easiest way to overcome this issue is to reboot the computer. Please turn off the computer from the power source, then restart the machine.

By doing this all programs will be closed. Now try to install without opening any other programs after restart.

If the issue still persists, do contact Adobe http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.
