Hello im having trouble installing Adobe Photoshop to my MacBook Air. Adobe Illustrator and Adbode InDesign installs fine. Once I try to install it just pops up with Error Code 183. Here is my log below:
FATAL: Error (Code = 183) executing in command 'RunProgramCommand' for package: 'AdobePhotoshop24-Core', version:24.2.0.315 FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobePhotoshop24-Core Version: 24.2.0.315). Error code: '183' ERROR: Launching HDHelper Process failed with error: 0 WARN: target folder '/Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2023/Locales/en_US' does not exist, treating package 'AdobePhotoshop24-en_US' as uninstalled WARN: Attempt to register application "/Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2023/Adobe Photoshop 2023.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeCrashReporter.framework/Versions/A/AdobeCRDaemon.app" failed
I just had the exact same problem and a very similar Error Log when attempting a new installation of Photoshop on a new Mac. I tried installing one version older than the current version (24.1.1 rather than 24.2) and it worked.

you probably need to install rosetta 2. among the ways to do this is to start Photoshop with the Intel version*. here are two other ways, How to Install Rosetta 2 on Apple Silicon Macs (osxdaily.com)
that's been the solution to a recent surge in mac problems (with new apple silicon macs) caused by premiere pro (and after effects) installs resulting in exit code 183.
there are also the older problems and fixes, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/fix-error-183.html,
but you should try the rosetta 2 install first, because its absence is most likely the cause of your problem.
*Go to Applications > Photoshop > Open the Photoshop Folder > Click the Photoshop Application within the Photoshop folder
Then hold Control > Get Info > Check the box for Open with Rosetta
