Has anyone had any issues within the past week where you cant paste passwords or two-factor authentication codes into the login fields of the Creative Cloud authentication screen?

I came in to work this morning, and I could no longer paste my password from 1Password, and had to type it in with the keyboard, like a caveman.

I'm on macOS 10.13.6, Creative Cloud Desktop App v4.8.2.476

No I'm on 10.14.3. The problem seems to have been a bug—the popup window asking me to sign in (that I couldn't paste my password into) seems to have been created from After Effects (switching focus to AE brought the popup into focus). I forget exactly what steps I took next, but quitting after effects and signing in via the Creative Cloud app made the issue go away. I had no problem pasting my password into the sign-in dialogue box summoned directly from the Creative Cloud app.

Ok, thanks for the additional information, w70977008.

If you are running macOS 10.14.3 then you should be able to update to version 5.0.0.534 of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  Were you able to update or are you also running version 4.8.2.476 of the Creative Cloud desktop app?  The version information is available in the Creative Cloud menu and selecting About Creative Cloud, while the app is active.

Ok, thanks for all of the details, w70977008.  I will see if I run into the same issue, if you do face any additional errors then please review the settings for any plug-ins/add-ons that you are using with the Chrome web browser.  It could affect the browser sessions that are used to complete the sign-in process.

Sorry, you are facing problems, M9_MHM.  Can your Mac be upgraded to macOS 10.14 or later?
