Can't register my older products

When I try to register my older products in my adobe account I receive message - Insert valid serial number.

I have two Adobe certificates - for Adobe Creative Suite CS2 Design Premium and for Adobe CS4 upgrade.

I inserted serial numbers from these sertificates - I tryed numbers for Mac, Windows and I always receive this message.

Actually I can't register my products.

I am making transition to Mac now and I need CS4 files for Mac but I can not download them because I can not register my products.

If you ever registered in the past then that is all you get.  You can activate multiple times, but registration only happens once in a lifetime.

Your Windows license will not work for a Mac and CS4 is too old to qualify for a platform swap, so you are pretty much stuck there unless you try installing a Windows emulator on the Mac.

For CS2 you might have better luck but you cannot use the installation files you likely have.  See the following...
