I have been updating passwords and now find I have a problem logging in to my Creative Cloud app.
I can log into my Adobe account using the latest settings with no issue. I have also enabled two-step authentication.
When I try to log in to Creative Cloud app I enter my e-mail address, new password and then I see the screen to input the authentication code sent to my mobile phone - once I enter this the app kicks me out with 'unable to verify your Adobe ID'.
But logging into Adobe.com is just fine.
I have double and triple checked the data I am entering but can't see what's going wrong.
Any ideas please?
