Can't uninstall Photoshop

Everytime it try to uninstall Photoshop. This appers, but if i click on login the same thing happens.

Do you get this message only while uninstalling Adobe Photoshop or all the applications? Have you tried signing out and signing back into the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application?
