I keep getting this error and I can't install XD

well, it looks like your graphics drivers are out of date. Or you graphics card is out of date. Either way, you need to update the drivers to what you have now.

Please refer to the minimum  requirements to run Adobe XD on Windows 10 Creators Update (64-bit) or later.

Adobe XD System requirements

Graphics:  Minimum Direct 3D DDI Feature Set: 10. For Intel GPU, drivers released in 2014 or later are necessary. To find this information, launch “dxdiag” from the Runmenu and select the “Display” tab.
