I bought adobe element for student but cannot upload the student information with the tool of adobe (e-adobe II) IT DOES NOT WORK.

I need to work, so I bought adobe premiere and photoshope element on a shop, and I want to get my money back on the software that I did not receive !!!

Can someone seriously help me to cancel my command?!? (please no help on the upload part, I tried 1000 time with three of you guys, IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME)
