You need to log in your account (or that of your daughter) and click "manage your account".
from there you can edit your subscription with "Manage plan":
You can also contact Adobe by clicking "Contact Us".

Hi Abambo,
I've tried that but my Adobe product is 'greyed' out and does not show my bank card details?
Does that mean it's already been cancelled?
As for the click 'Customer Support' I've tried that too but just get sent to other pages and then end up on the original page with no option to speak or chat to customer support!

Hi Mark,
I checked your account associated with the Adobe ID on forums and it seems there is no subscription under this Adobe ID.
Also, it could be the reason that you are unable to get any cancel button because there isn't any subscription to cancel.
Furthermore, the subscription could be associated to some other Adobe ID.
Let me know if you need any additional help.

Sheena

Hi Sheena,
How can I speak to someone in Customer Support to discuss this without having to round and round website pages without actually getting hold of anyone?
Thanks,
Mark

If your daughter is using an account on her own, you may look at the subscription status using her credentials.
Other from that, I suppose that there is only the possibility to contact customer support as of Sheenas suggestions.
I for my part found the Adobe contact not always concluant, especially with complex promblems, but on the issue with subscription or licensing problems, they did always have the correct answer. And it is not that complicated to find the phone number or to get someone chatting with you. I've had much worse experiences...with other companies.
