but through my own error bought an annual license to a product I already had access to. Because of the terms of the product I have basically paid more than double for a year as there is an inviolate "cancellation window" in the contract.
I am here today to cancel that never used annual contract but can find no way to do so.
I'm certain I have missed simple steps.
I have until the end of June to cancel or will be legally obligated to pay Adobe for the next unused year.
