I think there's a way to get in touch with adobe to do what you want.. maybe search for " cancel subscription" or something like that ?

You should contact customer care directly at Contact Customer Care
Go to ACCOUNT ISSUES which involves upgrades, cancellations, etc.
Just FYI--I'm sure you already know this that a month-to-month plan is a lot more expensive than committing to a yearly plan and paying monthly--but I totally understand if you need the freedom to cancel any time. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply guys, i know that there’a live chat function whereby someone will actually help you to cancel the subscription which i did few months back when i was on the monthly subscription basis. But it just won’t allowed me to do so now and said that i can reach adobe team in the forum.
Hope they can sort this out quickly.

Hi Wee%20liangc90578734,
I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email address) you have utilized to post here, and can see two Premiere Pro CC canceled subscriptions registered on it.
One of which was purchased on 13th Dec 2018 and was canceled on 20th Dec 2018, is this the same subscription you are referring to?
Let us know some more details.

don't talk about personal accounts, banking arrangements ( debit from you bank for subscription), or NOTHIN on this public social forum, because it is not the place for this kind of solution...
