Cannot activate Photoshop CS5 after installation on my MAC-- asked for

additional serial numbers, for Photoshop CS2. which I own, and which appear in my account, but have never used since it was for my older PC, I cannot activate my new CS5..........Why was it sold to me?

Could not get your problem. I'd suggest the following link: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/. If a customer support person is available for chat, a pop-up chat window appears using which you can chat with the person to resolve your problem.
