It says I have no plans so I can't cancel it!!! And being charged!!! And no way of contacting Adobe!!! I'm a brand new mum and so don't have time for this!! Please help someone?!!!!

 I've seen you suggest this to other people. This link does not work - it just takes you here and then on an endless loop that still provides no way to contact Adobe.
can anyone else help properly please???

On this page you don't need to click anything the popup should open automatically after some time. You should also see a chat icon at the bottom right as well.
If none of these popup or chat icon are visible then try by changing your browser/machine/network.
