Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with cancelling my subscriptions, please.
I cannot cancel my month-to-month subscription using the procedure described here:
Cancel your Creative Cloud membership
Tried 4 different browsers on 2 different devices.
After pressing "Cancel plan" link "Continue to cancel plan" button in the pop-up window is not active and cannot be selected/pressed.
Trying to contact Adobe using 24/7 chat also failed: "Still need help" link
mentioned in many requests here in the forum doesn't allow me to select any contact options:

I am having the same problem. No option to cancel online and when I call the helpline it tells me I'll get a callback. When the callback comes the line just goes dead. It is beyond infuriating. I've now spent most of my afternoon trying to cancel my subscription.

Good luck to you. I have spent 4 days trying to resolve a credit card fraud issue. Try calling again and insist upon speaking to a supervisor. Tell them you have not been called back and/or had issues with the call. Don't take no for an answer. Customer service is ill prepared and very slow.

Why is Adobe answering this issue with a private message? Isn't it to cancel a subscription a user right here for Adobe? Is it a secret how to cancel a "month-to-month" subscription? In a help forum every answer should be made in public for all users seeking for help. A lot of users have the same problem here. Adobe is simple misusing his monopoly here.

You can now self-cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud plan from your account page.
