Hello, I have a really specific but really important question about my account. I am going round in circles on this website, and just getting lists of questions that are not my question, with no option to actually speak to anyone. This page https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html repeatedly lists options of phone, chat or forum, but only the forums have live links. "Contact us" leads to menues and Q&As but not to a way to actually "contact Adobe". Adobe has turned its empire into a "subscription model" but then treats customers as if they made a one-off purchase. I recall it was SO EASY to talk to someone when I first signed up. But now seemingly impossible.
Any ideas / suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
PS: I cannot post this without selecting one of 6 topics below, NONE of which are relevant to my problem. So much for articial intelligence.
