Installed Lightroom 6 on a new laptop due to old one dying. I also have Lightroom 6 installed on another computer. When I open Lightroom 6 on the new computer I receive a message that the serial number is already in use on the maximum allowed computers. You must deactivate on another computer.

This is not possible. How can I get around this?

Contact customer support and tell them you want an ACTIVATION COUNT RESET. Not all the CSRs will understand this, so you may have to keep trying to find one who does.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
