The creative cloud website is telling me that my computer is unable to download illustrator. I have looked through the device requirements and my pc exceeds all the requirements, by a long shot. why can't i download illustrator????

Number and size of hard drives, and how much free space on the C drive?
Also what is your screen resolution? (my monitor screen is set to 1920 x 1080)

in addition to the above questions, have you successfully installed the cc desktop app and uses it to install ai?

Is this an enterprise account or an account from a school or institution that is controlling what you have access to or an individual creative cloud subscription?

Hi Ben,
I'd like to response here on behalf of the customer(since I'm available and just checked the account details). The customer subscribed to individual license for Creative Cloud all apps yesterday.
