Tried this link to help but still cannot identify serial number. There is a product code sticker on the back of the box, but it will not peel off easily and will destroy the Adobe tamper sticker.

I also have been trying all day to get a serial number for my Costco Edition of Photoshop Elements. Sent pictures to chat help and they stop communicating with me when I go to download pictures of the product. Please help with this issue. We have looked many times at where the serial number should be, and it is NOT THERE!

I would like to to contact support, but the chat option now says "Please quit and restart your browser to start a new chat session." I have logged out of this program and also shut down my computer, but am still getting this notice. How long do I need to wait to contact adobe again?

The Costco serial number is hidden. Pull apart the entire box, as there is a smaller box glued to the inside and the serial number is hidden inside.

I found my S/N on the back of the one of the DVD sleeves in the box. I was using the Mac DVD and it was on the PC sleeve.

I lost my photoshop elements 12 after I had to reinstall windows. I had purchased it at Costco. It would not reinstall and said that the serial number i had was invalid. The only S/N i had was on the barcode sticker.
I contacted adobe via chat. First of all, you will wait about 45 mins to connect. It said I was 4th in line with a 7 minute wait. That was a long 7 minutes. I chatted w/Deepak and gave him/her the only numbers on the box on the barcode sticker. According to Deepak, those were not the right numbers. I kept all of the original contents of the box and there was never a S/N other than the one on the barcode sticker. Deepak said to take it back to Costco. So there you go, don't waste your time chatting w/someone from India who does not give a crap about you.
I searched and could not find a customer support telephone number on the adobe website, but Deepak gave me (800) 833-6687. The recording told me a 1 minute wait..i'm still on hold after 12 minutes...what a joke.
