cannot use my new trial version

I had a 30 day trial that expired. Didn't really use it. This was a few months ago. Today, I received an email from Adobe, inviting me to a new 30-day trial but I can't seem ti get it ti work. Keeps saying "Trial Expeired" even though I downloaded again.

The trial of Adobe product are system specific they can only be used once on one machine.

Invites are not send to use trials, this might be a promotional mail of new launch send to Adobe ID not registered to any CC, it might a promotional campaign.

Could you provide the copy of mail by personal messaging.
