pop blocker is off, anti-virus is off, windows firewall is off, I have administrator rights.  is there something I am missing?  not sure what else to try.

not sure if you guys are just done for the day or what.  ive followed the instructions like you said...i don't even get a window when i click on the dowload icon.  repeat, pop-up blocker is off, firewal off, anti-virus off, i have administrative rights.  please help.

Tried everything they suggested.  Ive turned off every security measure and I am hardwired.  I am running on a Vaio with Windows 7 and IE 9, if that helps.  when I click download, the Akamai 3 download manager doesn't even pop up. This is kind of getting ridiculous and I would have given up but now I am morbidly curious as to why this will not work.  Please help.
