cant install premiere 6.5 after formated pc

i formated my pc and now i cant install adobe premiere 6.5, its write that a problem with windows 64 or 32 bits

yes. i (and others) have stated you need a modern os for anything current (eg, that premiere elements).

if you have an older (eg, win xp) computer, you can use your pre6.5, for a few weeks.

if you get a newer computer, you can try a newer premiere.

with your win 7 computer, you're done with anything other than a different older premiere.

you can't use anything older with your os.

and you can't activate anything older than cs5.

6.5 was released 2years before the first 64 bit windows os.

i dont receive any message

just sometimes cant install, nothing happend when i start the install with

the original disk

sometimes he said, check if ur windows is 64 or 32 bits
