CC Desktop installer opens to a blank screen

Hi,

I can not install Creative Cloud Desktop client on a fresh Windows 10 machine. When I start the set-up.exe the client will open up with a blank user interface and nothing more happens. I'm using version ACCCx4_6_0_391
