Change Language of Apps

Hello,

i did everything what you suggested in this forum: Cannot change language of Creative Cloud

I changed the language, unistalled and reinsatalled  apps, as suggested - no success. Restarted my computer and tried again. My account and everything is in English but the Apps won't install on my computer in English. I used the apps before in German, but with my new account, I wanted to have everything in English.  

I also tried to deinstall the Creative Cloud App, but my computer won't let me, it says that there are still creative cloud applications on my computer. Although I deininstalled all apps. I saw on your forum that you can download an application for unistalling the CC. Is that safe to use in my case? https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Please let me know what I can do.

try to do as much of the following as possible:

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

Still not working for me.

I did everything even trying to install as an administration and I always get my native language.

Thank you! It worked for me. I only uninstalled the previous versions, changed the language preferences for installations and installed them again.

Yes. I found out it's not working only for Adobe XD. I use it the most, so I was testing with it. I installed Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and they are all in English.

Edit: English is the language I want it to be.

Hi. I have kind of the same problem. I first installed Media Encoder CC and Adobe Bridge CC in swedish and then I wanted too change the language to english. First time I uninstalled thoose progrmas I did it via Finder and then I realized the correct way is to do via Creative Cloud. However, I changed the language-settings in Creative Cloud so now I can download Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC etc etc in english and it works perfect. But for some reason the language in Media Encoder CC and Adobe Bridge CC is still in Swedish. I have followed all your recommended steps but I doesnt solve my language-problem with Media Encoder CC and Adobe Bridge CC. For information I use mac os mojave version 10.14.6

 

What is the next step for me so I can get all my Adobe CC apps in english?
