I started to Adobe since March 25, 2018, but I've canceled all my plans on February 25, 2019. Today, when I check my bank statement, there's a charge of usd14.99 from Adobe Acropro, but I didn't buy this plan even before. I log in to my account, and it says that I have activities in Clackamas, Oregon just today, but I live in California, so it doesn't make sense. I don't know when did this fraud happen now, but I'm concerned. Also, I had already canceled my plan for Photoshop CC 2018 in September 2018, but it keeps charging me after. I need a refund 🙂
For this you need to Contact Customer Care . Update this thread if you are in trouble doing that.

I, too, have this ominous "Device: Unknown / Location: Clackamas, USA" session activity listed under my account. Which renders me confused, as I'm using a strong password and even 2FA (two-factor authentification) via my phone.
Abambo, have you checked your activity (account.adobe.com/sessions) yet?
Maybe Preran or someone else from Adobe can enlighten us...

I’ve now looked into that data. I have nothing especially alarming in that list.

I too have "Device: Unknown / Location: Clackamas, USA" session activity listed under my account. I have reset the password twice and after awhile it shows up again. Considering getting anything done with "Customer Care" is extremely time consuming and 3 people have this recent issue it would be nice if you could check and see if the Clackamas issue is or is not a problem.
