Cleaning Adobe Installed Software

I have the Adobe Cloud Ps + Lr subscription. 

Please see attached image.

Do I still need these files any longer?

duplicates you don't need.  but it's not clear which should be uninstalled and it's not clear how you should do that.

to be sure, they should NOT all be uninstalled.

I'd recommend doing a clean install of your CC Apps after running the Adobe Cleaner Tool.
